vice-president of the Quito Metropolitan Council, read a declaration on
behalf of the mayor of the Metropolitan District of Quito, and Maria Belen
Rocha Diaz, general secretary of the Metropolitan Council." TPRF also
refers to the fact that Quito is one of UNESCO's World Heritage Centres.
The organisers of the event are not identified, nor are those who
'invited' Prem Rawat, neither is the extraneous reference to UNESCO given
